A handy power tool which is also delightful to use The templatization of the overall survey process makes it pretty quick a process. Also, I like the way they represent the final results, which makes them easy to consume and analyze. It can start to create a personality of its own with a little more innovation. Currently, it seems like a more affordable alternative to Typeform. I believe in their team, and am pretty confident that they can easily surpass Typeform or any other tool. It is very easy to use and we get a very large no of options for surveys which make it very beautiful and effective. It is the best surveying tool that I have used till now.

Happy to have switched to Survey Sparrow… We've switched over to Survey Sparrow and so far finding it great to use. The system is very intuitive and the support team have been very responsive when we've had a couple of little queries. Pricing seems reasonable - looking forward to seeing what else it can do!

Fun & Easy to Use System is easy to use and makes getting feedback a breeze. Love how easy it is to create questions and that there is a decent amount of question types to choose from. It's also easy to get feedback from my team before finalizing the survey, which is super helpful. One improvement I hope to see in the future is having the ability to see the full question asked when viewing the survey results, if it's a longer question the words are cut off and there's currently no option to fix that.

Extremely slow customer support Extremely slow customer support. Our survey data is no longer being recorded in Surveysparrow's interface. 12 days after reaching out to support, and after being passed around to different people via email, no solution or even apology. A total waste of time. Now we have no survey data and are forced to try to find an alternative.
