Highly recommended and much more affordable than alternatives Survey Sparrow has helped me with my user research immeasurably! I'm so glad I made this choice as I wasn't sure which platform to use initially. It's really easy to create surveys that don't overwhelm your participants, they offer many integrations - I used Google Sheets, you can even ask for a longer trial period! They have become my go-to and I will use them again in the future - I hope by then they will have expanded their integrations (like to AirTable or Notion) and have options for monthly billing.

User Interface - Quick, Clean, Simple The product/service is spectacular. Out of the many survey SaaS sites I've tried, this is one of the best. The integrations offered are solid and it's easy to build out what you need. Most importantly, the user interface for the person filling out the form or survey is quick, clean, and simple. My only wish is that they had a more affordable monthly option for users who don't need many responses or are operating at a smaller scale. If you need a powerful survey platform, I'd recommend them as a reliable option.

Extremely slow customer support Extremely slow customer support. Our survey data is no longer being recorded in Surveysparrow's interface. 12 days after reaching out to support, and after being passed around to different people via email, no solution or even apology. A total waste of time. Now we have no survey data and are forced to try to find an alternative.

Tiresome and a scheme to get all your money. The interface is easy to use, and the surveys are great, however, you will always have to buy another plan. It's just a scheme to get all of your money. I extended my trial and my responses were locked. I purchased a plan with more responses and they counted those responses in the quota. Even if you delete your surveys, when you upgrade they will still make you pay for the deleted surveys even though you have no access to them. The worst part is the only thing customer service will say to you is that "I'm sorry, that's how it is".
