Best and Easy Tool for Research and Customer Survey I work as a Data Analyst in a Super Market and Data is the most valuable part. Mainly Customers feedback are essential for us and to take such bulk survey it is really hard. SurveySparrow really helped me to collect the survey among the consumer groups. It is very easy to use and we get a very large no of options for surveys which make it very beautiful and effective. It is the best surveying tool that I have used till now.

A handy power tool which is also delightful to use The templatization of the overall survey process makes it pretty quick a process. Also, I like the way they represent the final results, which makes them easy to consume and analyze. It can start to create a personality of its own with a little more innovation. Currently, it seems like a more affordable alternative to Typeform. I believe in their team, and am pretty confident that they can easily surpass Typeform or any other tool. They have a trial available. It is a zero-risk offering. Try it for yourself. It worked for me. Hope it helps you all too.

Extremely slow customer support Extremely slow customer support. Our survey data is no longer being recorded in Surveysparrow's interface. 12 days after reaching out to support, and after being passed around to different people via email, no solution or even apology. A total waste of time. Now we have no survey data and are forced to try to find an alternative.

I found Survey Sparrow simple and straightforward I found Survey Sparrow simple and straightforward to use. Support were very helpful as well. I also asked my participants to rate the survey (1 to 5); most users gave a 4 or a 5. I used the free, trial licence but would consider paying in the future. There were one or two minor issues around (a) logging the users' details and (b) around reporting. Integration to PowerBI is offered and I trialed this. Unfortunately, although the mechanism works, it is tedious to set up.

User Interface - Quick, Clean, Simple The product/service is spectacular. Out of the many survey SaaS sites I've tried, this is one of the best. The integrations offered are solid and it's easy to build out what you need. Most importantly, the user interface for the person filling out the form or survey is quick, clean, and simple. My only wish is that they had a more affordable monthly option for users who don't need many responses or are operating at a smaller scale. If you need a powerful survey platform, I'd recommend them as a reliable option.
