I didn't know the product was sent from… I didn't know the product was sent from china, I thought it was stored in the UK, so I was looking forward to receiving my product and expected to arrive within two days after ordered. And I wasn't aware the plug needed adaptor even though it was provided. But overall, product itself is fine.

Certainly use but be patient with delivery times. Item ordered was delivered as expected and brand new. Delivery took just over a week which was very good, I think the item was shipped via China and as described. Definitely would use this company but be aware of delivery times and items may be global products.
