Firstly they sent my son a broken controller, so I paid £22.40 to send the broken unit back to Hong Kong from N.Ireland and they wouldn't reimburse the postage, it was my son that sent it back I just paid for it. They then sent me a condescending email saying read our returns policy have a great day. F##k this shop Absolute sh!t show! Stay away from A1Smartshop their customer service is dog sh!t!

Certainly use but be patient with delivery times. Item ordered was delivered as expected and brand new. Delivery took just over a week which was very good, I think the item was shipped via China and as described. Definitely would use this company but be aware of delivery times and items may be global products.

never buy from here My experience with A1smartshop was negative. Order #A1Shop8955932 for OnePlus Buds Pro 2 was placed on October 12. Following the purchase, there was an issue, but the seller did not respond to emails and blocked the account. This contradicts warranties. I recommend avoiding this store due to risks for buyers.

Item ordered 15 March 2024 Item ordered 15 March 2024, arrived 22 March 2024. Am completely satisfied with the item (a Huawei band 8). All went like clockwork!! Having never used A1 Smartshop before, was a little uncertain, but am very pleased with the whole process!
