Firstly they sent my son a broken controller, so I paid £22.40 to send the broken unit back to Hong Kong from N.Ireland and they wouldn't reimburse the postage, it was my son that sent it back I just paid for it. They then sent me a condescending email saying read our returns policy have a great day. F##k this shop Absolute sh!t show! Stay away from A1Smartshop their customer service is dog sh!t!

never buy from here My experience with A1smartshop was negative. Order #A1Shop8955932 for OnePlus Buds Pro 2 was placed on October 12. Following the purchase, there was an issue, but the seller did not respond to emails and blocked the account. This contradicts warranties. I recommend avoiding this store due to risks for buyers.
