HID comes through. Hey guys, I bought a MSI gaming laptop from HID. They shipped the laptop on the day they said they would. Had no problems with shipping arrived pretty quickly. I had a few modifications done that would help with heat. The laptop doesn't overheat at all stays under 80 Celsius and lower depending on the fan options selected. Ted handled all the questions I had like a pro. It's also nice having the lifetime customer service so that I can call them up with any questions. I've already talked their support to get help with some battery saving options that helped extend the battery life 2-3 hours. So far so good. 1 month in.

Very fast touchscreen laptop. I wanted a fast gaming touchscreen laptop and looked on Newegg. This led me to the MSI WEBSITE that led me to basically designing my own laptop. Which is an MSI touchscreen laptop souped up and shipped by HIDevoulution. I ordered the laptop on a Monday and it was delivered the following Monday. A great turnaround time and unit is working great! I’m most happy with my entire experience with HIDevolution. 84

Ordered an in-stock Flow x13 from… Ordered an in-stock Flow x13 from overseas. The laptop shipped almost immediately and arrived via DHL a few days later. They tried to sell me an extra service which I refused, so I can't speak for any of their custom services. One complaint I have is that the website is pretty iffy: I had problems trying to create an account, and I never received most of the emails that I had expected, so I had to talk to a rep over online chat to get these problems resolved. That said, they did get my problems resolved pretty quickly, and other than that little hitch, everything else was fast and efficient. Solid choice and reasonable price, especially if you're outside the US.

I received their support right from placing my order until I received my laptop (latest MSI GE66). Special thanks to Ted who accompanied me throughout this adventure! Not only he provided a discount on the shipping fees, he also followed up with DHL when my order got delayed in transit ( since it was destined to Central African Republic). I really appreciated their packaging quality to ensure a safe delivery of such an expensive device ( over 4000 USD worth) to such a remote country.
