GBTheir machines come altered from… Their machines come altered from factory settling and don't work. I have left ample time (over 2 years) for them to rectify the situation, but as they have done nothing other than confirming there is an issue and then not helping further, I feel it is only fair to warn others of this customer service.

ITExternal GPU purchasing I purchased an external GPU not available in Europe: I was assisted step by step throughout the purchase process, starting from general requests for clarification before ordering, up to the moment of shipping. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of the company, Ted Kim, a truly kind and extremely competent person. As for shipping, I was amazed: 2 working days from shipping to delivery (including customs clearance process). I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

GBUpdate: Order went tgrough I want to like them but I can't complete my purchase with them using Affirm. The reason why is because they automatically log you out when checking out with affirm, no matter the affirm app, Chrome, edge, pop up blockers on. Even opening a duplicate window that's logged in will log you out. Hidevolution seems to have fixed the issue and the order went through. Now it's a pre-order so hopefully that doesn't take long to go through! I

GBI cannot recommend these people highly… I cannot recommend these people highly enough! Purchased a high-end laptop. Service was great but then spent the bit of extra money for the custom tune-up. WOW! Max spent almost an hour remoting in and tuning things I never would have thought of. Made a huge difference. Then I had some trouble with high load graphics and called back TWO MONTHS LATER. Immediately he remoted in and spent the time to investigate and fix it! Absolutely unreal service and support. I have not seen that anywhere in a company like this. 10 stars.
