Very strange browsing experience Preface this by saying I did not place the order, from reading reviews and my experience with the site, it did not seem advisable. Came across a laptop that was half price (Asus GL551VW-DS71 @$499.99) and was interested. However, they have no specs listed. There was a tab at the bottom of the page when I first found the site, but it has since disappeared and will not show in any browser. I don't know anyone that would buy a laptop without at least a casual glance at the specs. It makes me suspicious of the situation, and reading the reviews here at trustpilot makes me glad for my caution. I wanted to see if the motherboard was on Asus's list of those that can upgrade to Windows 11, but that's impossible with no information provided.

Absolutely pleased with my customized… Absolutely pleased with my customized MSI GS76 Stealth. It's an excellent machine and the upgrades I had done work flawlessly. If I can offer any minor criticism it would be that it took several attempts across several days to get ahold of someone to answer a question I had during the order processing and build process. I will say the resolution was great. Since the build was delayed by one day due to a delay on the RAM I ordered being delivered, they upgraded my shipping to expedited at no charge. All told it was 8 days from order to delivery.

Update: Order went tgrough I want to like them but I can't complete my purchase with them using Affirm. The reason why is because they automatically log you out when checking out with affirm, no matter the affirm app, Chrome, edge, pop up blockers on. Even opening a duplicate window that's logged in will log you out. Hidevolution seems to have fixed the issue and the order went through. Now it's a pre-order so hopefully that doesn't take long to go through! I

Ordered an in-stock Flow x13 from… Ordered an in-stock Flow x13 from overseas. The laptop shipped almost immediately and arrived via DHL a few days later. They tried to sell me an extra service which I refused, so I can't speak for any of their custom services. One complaint I have is that the website is pretty iffy: I had problems trying to create an account, and I never received most of the emails that I had expected, so I had to talk to a rep over online chat to get these problems resolved. That said, they did get my problems resolved pretty quickly, and other than that little hitch, everything else was fast and efficient. Solid choice and reasonable price, especially if you're outside the US.
