HID comes through. Hey guys, I bought a MSI gaming laptop from HID. They shipped the laptop on the day they said they would. Had no problems with shipping arrived pretty quickly. I had a few modifications done that would help with heat. The laptop doesn't overheat at all stays under 80 Celsius and lower depending on the fan options selected. Ted handled all the questions I had like a pro. It's also nice having the lifetime customer service so that I can call them up with any questions. I've already talked their support to get help with some battery saving options that helped extend the battery life 2-3 hours. So far so good. 1 month in.

I cannot recommend these people highly… I cannot recommend these people highly enough! Purchased a high-end laptop. Service was great but then spent the bit of extra money for the custom tune-up. WOW! Max spent almost an hour remoting in and tuning things I never would have thought of. Made a huge difference. Then I had some trouble with high load graphics and called back TWO MONTHS LATER. Immediately he remoted in and spent the time to investigate and fix it! Absolutely unreal service and support. I have not seen that anywhere in a company like this. 10 stars.

Absolutely pleased with my customized… Absolutely pleased with my customized MSI GS76 Stealth. It's an excellent machine and the upgrades I had done work flawlessly. If I can offer any minor criticism it would be that it took several attempts across several days to get ahold of someone to answer a question I had during the order processing and build process. I will say the resolution was great. Since the build was delayed by one day due to a delay on the RAM I ordered being delivered, they upgraded my shipping to expedited at no charge. All told it was 8 days from order to delivery.

Update: Order went tgrough I want to like them but I can't complete my purchase with them using Affirm. The reason why is because they automatically log you out when checking out with affirm, no matter the affirm app, Chrome, edge, pop up blockers on. Even opening a duplicate window that's logged in will log you out. Hidevolution seems to have fixed the issue and the order went through. Now it's a pre-order so hopefully that doesn't take long to go through! I
