I was trying to upgrade my computer… I was trying to upgrade my computer recently to do some vedio editing and rendering. And I needed a new high performance motherboard for it. While browsing I came across Gracile IT and saw that they were offering products at cheaper rates than most of the other websites. At first, I though their products are not of high quality, but after I ordered my new motherboard it arrived I was thrilled.

I should have followed my gut... I should have followed my gut and avoided this organization. I ordered some parts via their website and paid via Credit Card. I received no email receipt or acknowledgement of the order. I called them and sent email to ask about the order. I was told twice that the order was fine. Soon after I was told that the order was delayed as it was coming from a "different" warehouse. Today after more than a week I called and was informed that they were trying to get ahold of me, blah blah blah but the order was cancelled and refunded. I received zero notifications about any of this. The order was cancelled because they never had the parts, but they have charged me but insist that they haven't. I now am forced to open a case with my CC company for a refund. As far as I'm concerned this is not a legitimate company. They are faking orders and charging people dishonestly and illegally. Not for nothing, you can call them on the phone but you will understand little that they are saying.

GracileIT - They get customer service!!! Max, provided excellent customer service! We needed a Cisco 6800 line card ASAP to get address a down situation. They took my call and shipped at 5 pm on Friday for Saturday delivery! They understood the issue and responded!
