Third time lucky: PIA leaves competition trailing. My third VPN provider and finally I have a service that is reliable and fast. Have tested now for over 3 months, not a single complaint from me. I've had no speed glitches and can change countries quickly. One product, one low price and all in my family can use simultaneously for 2 years. Thank you

PIA - Great security @ affordable prices. The PIA application for both Microsoft Windows and Google Android work seamlessly to provide security, especially with WiFi hotspots. I've been using PIA for years and I have no complaints. I feel confident that I'm protected when using PIA and I highly recommend the service to anyone who using WiFi services.

Did not work in China Had to work in China for a few months. Took out a three-year subscription on the basis of reviews. Wherever I was in China: PIA did not work. Pityful smiles from my Chinese collegues, who all have six or seven VPN’s on their phones, not one of them being PIA. They gave me access to VPN’s that DID work. Requested a refund from PIA. Their reaction: ‘ well, this is China- and sometimes PIA does not work, there - and by way: you are too late to ask for a refund, so in spite of the fact that we sold you something that did not work and we kind of forgot to mention that in the sales blurb - no refund for you’. My personal advice (AND the advice of the people who have to work around the ‘VPN-harassment’ of the Chinese government each day:): if you have to be anywhere near China, take Shadowrocket.
