Great product! Great product! I've been using PIA for 8 years and has worked flawlessly for my needs

linux The program has worked with every distro that i have tried. It stays connected very well, even when the data transfer rates are SLOW. The program is the same on Windows as on Linux. Other VPN software that I have tried has been scaled back on Linux.

Does exactly as described Does exactly as described. Auto launch is a good feature as you don't have to remember to start it as you do with some others. I have it on PC, Android phone & Firestick. It can be setup on Mac and other devices, including your router. All round good experience.

Only for geeks? My second time with PIA as a dumb user, hoping that this time would be better. In fact, it got worse, I guess this is also because apps, sites, browsers, etc. have by now developed a way of overcoming or altogether blocking it. I had to eliminate PIA on the phone, as it made most apps crash, and only partially use on the desktop, amidst frequent crashes and interferences. The customer service is kind and easily approachable but, again, unless you are a geek, things don't get easier.

Third time lucky: PIA leaves competition trailing. My third VPN provider and finally I have a service that is reliable and fast. Have tested now for over 3 months, not a single complaint from me. I've had no speed glitches and can change countries quickly. One product, one low price and all in my family can use simultaneously for 2 years. Thank you
