I like working with this company I like working with this company. Calls are clear and good quality. Billing is efficient. Their service is saving my company a lot of money compared to traditional phone companies. In three years, I have not had to call customer service.

Toll-Free for 28 Years Toll-Free and problem-free. Very few calls to the company for usage questions at the outset. More reliable than land carriers prior to smart phones. Super EZ to use their service after acquainting oneself with the interface. Importantly, very reasonable monthly fees, too. I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user… I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

Perfect toll-free service with great features I got my Kall8 toll-free number 13 years ago when I moved my small business to another state and it's been super! I got to choose among a long list of numbers which was awesome! Besides the obvious benefit of inviting more callers, Kall8 emails me after every call ends so even when I'm away from the phone I know when a call has come in. It's very easy to change the "ring to" number so I can have all my Kall8 calls ring to my cell or my home phone when no one is in the office. The fee is so reasonable but I keep it as low as possible by answering, taking in the caller's purpose or question, and then saying I'll call back in a minute with the answer. I'm on the verge of retiring & terminating that number, but I wouldn't use any other toll-free service but Kall8.
