Love ProvideSupport Hard to believe that companies do not maintain a presence when they join such services as TrustPilot. I'm simply noticing the last comment was years ago. And only two comments. Why it's hard to believe is that I know personally how good this service is. I joined them in 2004 and stayed with them for about 15 years. The live chat had many, many options and they are great with support as well as a great affiliate program!

Confusing need instructions I was unable to view the conversation only a particular window when one of us with chatting and it was impossible for me to understand and utilize this tool. Perhaps there should be some instructions before the chat yes?

Great price, simple setup and simple user interface Good price, simple setup, and good user interface. It is the very only support system I have seen that allows you to link your support button to an existing form on your site. You know... something that simple... even if you use the built-in form/chat editor you will see it has much more to offer than many other places. The result is clean and easy to understand... but the best is the ProvideSupportConsole App you can run on your desktop computer or mobile phone. Brilliant. I recommend this service.
