Value for Money Been using this chat program for many years. Never been offline and it works nice and smoothly.

Confusing need instructions I was unable to view the conversation only a particular window when one of us with chatting and it was impossible for me to understand and utilize this tool. Perhaps there should be some instructions before the chat yes?

we use providesupport on our website… we use providesupport on our website for nearly 10 years now and was never any issue. yes there a little slow with adopting the trends but still stable since. gut job so far ! hope in near feauture the app get more conf. and also the wp plugin need be updated its not working 100% stable with elementor or visualcompoer there are errors with the java scripting! but yes 5 stars bec never issue of downside...

Love ProvideSupport Hard to believe that companies do not maintain a presence when they join such services as TrustPilot. I'm simply noticing the last comment was years ago. And only two comments. Why it's hard to believe is that I know personally how good this service is. I joined them in 2004 and stayed with them for about 15 years. The live chat had many, many options and they are great with support as well as a great affiliate program!
