Needed assistance with IPs for a large contract customer who’s firewalls we’re blocking the service and after the chat session to Provide Support Alexa Logman, Tracked me down some how and later sent a follow up email to my work confirming ports and I had already terminated the chat and didn’t have time to confirm. Provide Support is one of the best… Provide Support is one of the best Live Chat software packages I have ever used, definitely the best when you use price to determine the value. I have never had any experience that wasn't great when dealing with their support staff. They are always professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my service.

Confusing need instructions I was unable to view the conversation only a particular window when one of us with chatting and it was impossible for me to understand and utilize this tool. Perhaps there should be some instructions before the chat yes?
