GBNot only did this company ROBBED ME for… Not only did this company ROBBED ME for my money but played nothing but waiting and straight run around games with me every single time I would call customer service even spoke with manager and he even went on to assuring me I would receive my refund and never got it back i told them I would not pay for no service I did not use and as well as to close the account cause I didn’t want their service whatsoever and till this day it’s still not closed and still trying to charge me for their 💩 of a service!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend them without a doubt COMPANY ARE LIARS HAS 💩 WAYS OF MANAGING THINGS AND POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE !!! BEWARE YOUR BETTER OF GOING WITH DIFFERENT SERVICE COMPANY !!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could!!!!!

GBI am so glad I switched to Pure Talk I am so glad I switched to Pure Talk! I was with another carrier, starts with an S, for over 14 years and they kept raising my charges until I was paying over $250 a month for 3 lines! I would get offered "discounts" that were an insult for a longterm loyal customer. When my husband died and I removed his phone they increased my monthly charges! Pure Talk has been consistent in my pricing and I have never had any issues with my service. Best decision to switch carriers to Pure Talk!

GBPURE TALK - WORSE THAN AT&T!!! I switched from AT&T to Pure Talk almost 6 months ago. The first 5 months were fine, with no problems. But this last month has been nothing short of HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I can’t get YouTube videos to play. Most of the time even the thumbnails won’t load. My phone calls are constantly in and out. I have to ask multiple times “Can you repeat that? The service can’t even stream music, which requires much less bandwidth than video. Hell, I had to leave the grocery store, because my shopping list (Apple Reminders) wouldn’t load, and web pages wouldn’t load. So, I called Pure Talk last week (April 17th, 2024), and spent over 30 minutes with tech support for nothing. No change. They told me there was an outage from AT&T! What the hell does AT&T have to do with Pure Talk? Well, It’s their back-bone! I left AT&T because of their VALUES and was told Pure Talk Represents my values, but the reality is, my money is still going to AT&T. At the end of the call, I told the agent I wanted a refund for HORRIBLE SERVICE over the past 4 weeks. A week later, no one has called. I called them back, got switched to 3 different people, who all put me on PERMA-HOLD, and I got to listen to the same BORING recording singing the praises of Pure Talk, while I held for a SOLID HOUR. I finally hung up, with ZERO RESULTS! It literally felt like they were just going to keep my hold until I hung up. So I guess they win and I lose! Looking for the next place to take my money. Any suggestions?

GBAfter a few months of Pure Talk I can… After a few months of Pure Talk I can say the service is working well. In fact I can say I don't notice any difference in performance compared to my previous account at Verizon--telephone calls, texting and internet access all work as before. In addition, I like Pure Talk's easily navigable website, especially when it comes to tracking my daily data usage. I try to limit myself to 15GB of monthly data to earn the low $35/month rate. By monitoring my usage I can see if I need to apply the brakes toward the end of the billing period or not. It's kind of a game.

GBI misunderstood trying to stop doing business withwoke companies and also trying to savemoney. Metropcs had a cheap unlimited data plan. Even After high spd used up you couldstill use the data. I misunderstood. I thought yours would be similar but Your data is not usable after hi spd data isgone -my bad!! let the buyer beware now I will go back and pay new fees for metro ugh!
