I misunderstood trying to stop doing business withwoke companies and also trying to savemoney. Metropcs had a cheap unlimited data plan. Even After high spd used up you couldstill use the data. I misunderstood. I thought yours would be similar but Your data is not usable after hi spd data isgone -my bad!! let the buyer beware now I will go back and pay new fees for metro ugh!

My reasons for Five Stars The fact that you are: US Company Veteran-owned No outsourced customer service (Speaks ENGLISH that I can actually understand!) PRICE!!! These are the reasons I choose Pure Talk. My only issue is that I wish there were better customer service hours of operation. I know you're a young company, but maybe that can be rectified in the future.

Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I bought a new phone. I had trouble figuring out how to configure my phone. I called Puretalk three times and each person was so patient with me trying to help with my setup. This was not a problem with Puretalk it was a end-user problem. They are fantastic, recommend Puretalk to everyone. Especially for non techies.
