Didn't find my license key anymore, but still had the confirmation mail of my purchase. I contacted the service center and they sent me a new key within hours! Absolutely great service :-) Can only recommend Total Audio Converter; not just for the service, but the product itself as well!

Super Service! After years of convenient use, Total Audio Converter stopped working after the update Windows 10 to build 2004, saying I had to register. My old license was not accepted anymore, so I contacted CoolUtils support and the send me a new one without questions asked. Super Service!

AT LAST! Bought a license for Mail Viewer via PayPal because the credit card site wasn't working. Tried to activate the software with the emailed key. There is no indication that the key unlocked the Demo package. This is bad programming. Eventually someone emailed with a link to a new version and a key. Program working now and good; but, why wasn't the link available on the website? We wasted a few hours trying to figure what was wrong. Thanks, guys, anyhow.

Coolutils products are my new secret… Coolutils products are my new secret weapon as a trial lawyer! (Don't tell anyone.) The software is like magic. I liked it so much that I literally bought dozens of their apps. The support was very helpful, too, when I had trouble automatically registering all my new licenses, perhaps because I run Windows on a Mac using Parallels. Anyhow, very happy customer here.
