AT LAST! Bought a license for Mail Viewer via PayPal because the credit card site wasn't working. Tried to activate the software with the emailed key. There is no indication that the key unlocked the Demo package. This is bad programming. Eventually someone emailed with a link to a new version and a key. Program working now and good; but, why wasn't the link available on the website? We wasted a few hours trying to figure what was wrong. Thanks, guys, anyhow.

Fantastic result using Coolutils Fantastic result using Coolutils, brought me back from almost despair on useless Microsoft proprietary archaic file system that I did not know of its limitation until a problem came up where I was unable to easily move email data during upgrade between applications due to .PST files. Zero Support. AVOID Sent an email about 5 days ago asking for some advice on what version to buy and heard nothing. If this is the response to a sales enquiry, what hope do i have of getting any answer for a support call, will look elsewhere for an app to do the job i need. Plus it took them over a month to make a post here, i think this says it all, plus i'm still waiting on what version to buy so they have no even gone through their emails to answer me. Says it all
