The products I've used so far do a great job very quickly. I ran into one hiccup with the Thunderbird Converter and support was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly.

Zero Support. AVOID Sent an email about 5 days ago asking for some advice on what version to buy and heard nothing. If this is the response to a sales enquiry, what hope do i have of getting any answer for a support call, will look elsewhere for an app to do the job i need. Plus it took them over a month to make a post here, i think this says it all, plus i'm still waiting on what version to buy so they have no even gone through their emails to answer me. Says it all

Super Service! After years of convenient use, Total Audio Converter stopped working after the update Windows 10 to build 2004, saying I had to register. My old license was not accepted anymore, so I contacted CoolUtils support and the send me a new one without questions asked. Super Service!

Excellent Customer Service ! Excellent Customer Service ! I had purchased a Total Audio Converter - License about 5 years back and had to change my computer... Didn't find my license key anymore, but still had the confirmation mail of my purchase. I contacted the service center and they sent me a new key within hours! Absolutely great service :-) Can only recommend Total Audio Converter; not just for the service, but the product itself as well!
