Refused to cancel order. I ordered a PC but then needed to cancel after I saw the shipping date would be too long for my needs. I cancelled right away using their process, and they still charged my card and shipped the PC anyway. This was after several dialogs with their staff via email. Untrustworthy firm. Will never use again.

I had a great experience with Kerbe… I had a great experience with Kerbe during my most recent phone call to apex support. My son was having issues identifying which of the adaptors connects to our wifi. She spent over 20 minutes on the phone with us connecting the device to configuring the wireless settings and I did not feel rushed at any point. As others have pointed out they do take a while to deliver but it was well worth thw wait.

Fantastic Build, Flexible To Changes I ordered a custom-built PC from these guys that cost a little over $5k and came out fantastic. John from the customer service department is very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the build process. They are also very flexible to any changes that you want to make. For example, I didn't fancy any of the PC case that they had online and wanted an ASUS Hyperion instead. I called them and asked if I could change my case, they were willing to work with the components I desired. If you want a specific component on your pc and they don't have it listed on their website, just give them a call! Let's be honest, there are a gazillion ways you can build a pc and no one will have all of them listed. But they know that and are happy to work with you.

I worked with Katie who was beyond… I worked with Katie who was beyond helpful and kind when it came to helping installing an SSD I purchased to increase my storage space on a PC I bought in 2020. Yes, sometimes wait times can be high but I believe that speaks to how busy Apex is because they are a great company to work with.My PC has been working well since I purchased it and I have never had issues playing AAA titles

It's a beautiful build and it runs… It's a beautiful build and it runs everything I need it to just a all around good PC for the price
