Order delayed 4 months Placed an order on New Years. Over 4 months later, and I still haven't received my order. Multiple emails to the Apex Support team have been left with empty promises, and no compensation for the extreme delays. Reading here that there are people who placed orders after me that have gotten their orders makes this even more frustrating.

I worked with Katie who was beyond… I worked with Katie who was beyond helpful and kind when it came to helping installing an SSD I purchased to increase my storage space on a PC I bought in 2020. Yes, sometimes wait times can be high but I believe that speaks to how busy Apex is because they are a great company to work with.My PC has been working well since I purchased it and I have never had issues playing AAA titles

Apex Gaming really isn't so hot I ordered my PC back in December. So I've waited three months. My first delivery date was missed because of a supposed supply issue. Problem is no one contacted me and it took two emails to get a response. First one friendly of course my next one which I was clearly upset finally got a response. This is where I start to believe that they are a cash in cash out type business. I email them asking if I can get concrete information on when my PC would ship because the second quotes date was delayed on their order tracker. Now I have an issue with my processor not being in stock. I wasn't told about this last month so they clearly used it in another's build. Or they are entirely incompetent. Which either isn't good. Do not order from Apex they will delay your build for various non-specific problems. I know someone else who ordered a PC from them the same day and had the exact same experience. Except his engineer which is the only decent part of their staff helped him because he was so shocked at the delay. Update: I originally gave the company a one star. I will say after experiencing more problems with inventory management incompetence or what a symptom of what I stated above they did atleast upgrade my graphics card for the issues and once everything was in the PC was promptly built and shipped. Glad to have a PC but I can't recommend Apex PCs. I just happened to make a big enough stink.

Fantastic Build, Flexible To Changes I ordered a custom-built PC from these guys that cost a little over $5k and came out fantastic. John from the customer service department is very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the build process. They are also very flexible to any changes that you want to make. For example, I didn't fancy any of the PC case that they had online and wanted an ASUS Hyperion instead. I called them and asked if I could change my case, they were willing to work with the components I desired. If you want a specific component on your pc and they don't have it listed on their website, just give them a call! Let's be honest, there are a gazillion ways you can build a pc and no one will have all of them listed. But they know that and are happy to work with you.
