Fantastic Build, Flexible To Changes I ordered a custom-built PC from these guys that cost a little over $5k and came out fantastic. John from the customer service department is very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the build process. They are also very flexible to any changes that you want to make. For example, I didn't fancy any of the PC case that they had online and wanted an ASUS Hyperion instead. I called them and asked if I could change my case, they were willing to work with the components I desired. If you want a specific component on your pc and they don't have it listed on their website, just give them a call! Let's be honest, there are a gazillion ways you can build a pc and no one will have all of them listed. But they know that and are happy to work with you.

Order delayed 4 months Placed an order on New Years. Over 4 months later, and I still haven't received my order. Multiple emails to the Apex Support team have been left with empty promises, and no compensation for the extreme delays. Reading here that there are people who placed orders after me that have gotten their orders makes this even more frustrating.

They make good stuff They make good stuff. As you wait for your computer, they have a step by step description of what's happening. If there is an issue with a part or just a better part they reach out personally. I would recommend as much as the creators they partner with.

This is my first time ordering such a… This is my first time ordering such a large item online and I was happy with my experience. The tracking system which looks a lot like papa johns lol is great to watch your PC process but mine did sit at finishing build for almost 2 weeks. The computer is super powerful and I am able to run all of the sims titles and various other small games with no issues. The packaging that comes inside the Pc was really tight though so I would be careful as you remove it.
