GBThis group sent me a fake message that … This group sent me a fake message that requires me to call them before I could use my computer due to a Zeus virus. They wasted 3 hours of my time and $400 only to leave my computer in worse shape which I am now attempting to fix myself.

CASCAMMERS FROM INDIA! SCAMMERS FROM INDIA! Do not allow anyone from BuzzTech Expert remote access to your computer! They will install there own virus and malware onto your computer and then try to charge (extort) you for it. You can discover this for yourself by googling their number 1-800-785-1947. If you did allow them remote access to your computer you need to bring your computer into a real IT expert to remove what they put on it. Don't trust any pop-ups on your computer telling you to phone them for help. This is their blackmail tactic. If you did give them money, have your credit card company revoke the charges. And if they continually call and harass you, call your local police department.

GBComputer virus issues. BuzzTech Expert was extremely helpful with my first computer virus. The tech was very helpful and explained in detail each step in the process. I would highly recommend them for any computer issues. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. Great job and thank you.

GBIs BuzztechExpert at 1-800-785-1947 still in business… Called BuzztechExpert at 1-800-785-1947 five times on 8/9 and resulted in hang up each and every time. Called again on 8/26 and got two hang up. I have a second number given to me in 2017 of 1-800-680-1574 and got busy signals both times. Is this company still in business or did they just charge me for 5 years of service and then fail to honor their agreement? This conduct gives internet businesses a terrible name.
