My technician was Sebastian Nelson What I didn't realize until after I posted this review was that the service was not provided by Microsoft. When I contacted Microsoft later, I discovered that they did not post the message I first saw on the"Microsoft Website Screen". Apparently there was a phone number imposed on the onscreen notice which was NOT Microsoft but another service. Microsoft, the Real Corporation, indicted they hadn't been the agency whose number had appeared on the warning notice, but resolved the problem for 10% of what the imposter did. Be forewarned! Something is amiss here.

CASCAM! Buzztechexpert is not a company but a blackmail scam disguised as internet security. DO NOT ALLOW THEM REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER! They are scammers from India. They write fake reviews and post them here. If you do not believe me just google the number they use 1-800-785-1947 and you will see other reports by people buzztechexpert have scammed. If you allow them remote access to your computer they will plant their own malware and charge you for this "service."

GBComputer virus issues. BuzzTech Expert was extremely helpful with my first computer virus. The tech was very helpful and explained in detail each step in the process. I would highly recommend them for any computer issues. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. Great job and thank you.
