Not expedited as purchased with additional charge Purchased additional expedited fedex shipping. Was not delivered on date shown when I ordered. I could've ordered from Amazon cheaper without the expediting charges!

Shipping is very fast of PCNation Shipping is very fast of PCNation. I Ordered Lenovo Laptop on this virtual Store. I got this laptop in a very reasonable price with a fast shipping service. When I purchased a laptop I was confused that, whether this laptop will running okay or not. But within months after using this machine I am satisfied now because the laptop is running very well without any problem.

False Features Listed on Product Go on to purchase the POS Printer from Star Micronics. It was the SM-S230i Model, which explicitly list under the features of the purchase page that it has a Magnetic Stripe Reader included. I received it and it does not, so I get in touch with customer service and they tell me I ordered the wrong model. Ummm, no, you listed the wrong model and falsely advertised the features. The low Trust Pilot scores seem to be pretty consistent.

Ease of use I have regularly ordered items saved as favorites. Saves a bunch of time and takes any stress / worry out of placing the order. Shipping is fast and the order is correct. Plus my sales rep reached out to see if he could be helpful in any other areas.

No Refund After all the trouble, Jason Ventura making the mistake of putting the wrong address, the Freight being lost. And now pc Nation wont give me a refund, when they have the money. They now have made another mistake of thinking they sent me a refund, when in fact it was sent back to them. What is this some bureaucratic bullsh**t. Just pay me what is mine. I hope this reflects what kind of business this is! I am only a consumer who payed 3 thousand for a printer, never received a printer, and now lost three thousand dollars. Buyers beware, this only helps major corporations like Amazon to stomp over small business that obviously don't have any kind of satisfactory customer service.
