First order went ok First order went ok. They had to call and verify me - that was done quickly and the associate was very nice. Items said they were in stock and I chose expedited shipping. That's where things seemed to get shaky. I had to inquire as to where my order was - never got an actual reply, but finally got tracking # a week later (ordered 1/9, tracking e-mail 1/17, items arrived 1/18). So got the items, but communication could have been much better and 5 business days to ship seems excessive for in stock items.

Fine Experience Selection, pricing and shipping were as promised. Fine follow up and communication throughout delivery. Sadly, the unit would not power up, and so I'm getting a replacement directly from the manufacturer, but this was NOT the fault of PC Nation.

When I purchased a laptop I was confused that, whether this laptop will running okay or not. But within months after using this machine I am satisfied now because the laptop is running very well without any problem.

I found a great product on PC Nation's … I found a great product on PC Nation's website, however I was fooled by the pictures posted. I was looking for a specific backpack which was depicted in the item listing online but I failed to look farther down in the fine print to see that it was a different model than the one that was pictured. The title of the listing was too vague to include the specific model as well so I thought I was getting the one I originally sought out for. The price was great though so all said and done the purchase was worth it. I would just say that PC Nation should do a better job of accurately describing and providing correct product pictures for their item listings.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Ordered printer and site said free shipping but when checking out shipping fees were added. After a phone call, customer service straightened everything out. Very happy. Would order from them again.
