GBI want to post a good review but I just… I want to post a good review but I just cannot. The product (purchased in December 2023) has separated at the corner where you would hold it to push the top open. We’ve used it for less than 4 months. Customer service email responses do not even try to acknowledge the issue. They simply said it would cost too much to ship and fix and offered to send me a new one for half price…plus shipping. The caveat, the half price fee is $60 more than I payed for it in December and my December payment included shipping. In an effort to be reasonable (even though I fully believe they should replace it without cost and because the product itself is beautiful and worked perfectly right up until the issue with the separation) I offered to pay half the cost I paid in December. The response email informed me their costs have increased. And that was all it said. Their customer service is terrible.

GBResponsive and Helpful I received my initial delivery, but was missing one item. I contacted the support email and received a quick pleasant reply. The missing item was immediately rectified. Great care and service after the sale!

GBBeware of their very short return policy Beware that their return policy is only 14 days even during the holiday season. My husband ordered me a watch case for Christmas and of course he ordered it more than 14 days beforehand considering how shipping can be in December. The case and band are way too big on me and now I am stuck with a $150 case that is useless to me. Most companies make exceptions to their return policy at Christmas time, but they do not.

GBLove my IPad keyboard case! I loved my G&C keyboard case for my IPad, it basically made my laptop obsolete when traveling, so easy to use. However, one morning I spilled coffee on it and a few of the keys didn't work. I contacted support, knowing that the coffee mishap was on me and I probably didn't have any hope of replacing it without buying another. They immediately helped me buy another and offered a discount, which was going above and beyond. Support was very prompt and extremely helpful. Gold and Cherry, you have a customer for life. 5 stars!
