Zero warranty coverage The actual product held up to regular daily use for for less than 6 months, then my ipad started falling out of this case. I contacted customer support and was told that basically their 1 year warranty does not cover any moving parts, actually looking back at the email, their displayed 1 year warranty covers " nothing ". Such a disappointment, the product looked good to. But with no warranty covering minor fixes I give Gold & Cherry a huge 0. The worst company I've dealt with. Don't buy from this company as everything always breaks and they don't care. Regards, TS

I have a 1st gen 12.9 iPad Pro I have a 1st gen 12.9 iPad Pro and ordered the keyboard case. I had a little issue in setting it up, I contacted customer support immediately was contacted by Angelo and he walked me through to fix the issue.The keyboard works great. Quality product made with heavy gauge aluminum love the lighted keyboard with multiple colors. Highly recommend if looking to upgrade your iPad.

Great Customer Service The original product I received (iPad wireless keyboard) was only working when plugged in. After emailing support, they helped me troubleshoot to see if that would fix the issue. When the troubleshoots were not working, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Throughout the whole experience Angelo was very helpful.

Black Friday discount code In several of their Black Friday ads there was a code to save $ on the item(s) one could use to have the Black Friday deal. Every single time I tried applying the code (s) it never worked. After reaching out to the company concerning the frustration I was experiencing using the code, they sent me a new code to apply and it worked! I then purchased the item I wanted with a Black Friday discount.
