Disappointed There is a supposed promotion for first time clients, which does not really applies. I tried to get used of it and was told I couldn't because the cubacel number was associated with another account. So, is the promotion about us being first client new account created, or about the cubacel phone number being first time used by any account in the WHOLE WORLD? They are just advertising a service they are not providing. Very disrespectful to the customers and even unlawful. What a pity... we Cubans should be more United than ever and more helpful than ever during these very hard times.

no cards and no internet There were no cards in the airport when we arrived. And the internet service was unavailable during a couple of days. So out of 10 days I was in Cuba I could only use the card for 7 of them. Nevertheless, Suenacuba provided an excellent service, it appears than the problem is in cuba with etecsa mobile company.
