Good people running an honest business! Very happy to leave a positive review for SuenaCube! Whilst travelling to Cuba, I pre-ordered a SIM, but then following the theft of my passport I was unable to visit. SuenaCube was happy (and very prompt) in issuing a full refund, which I thought was very decent of them. I'll certainly use their services again when my holiday in Cuba finally happens!

Did not get a SIM at airport I paid 34.99$ for a sim card to be picked up at the Varadero airport upon arrival. They even asked for the arrival date to have the card ready then. When I came to the airport the Cubacel stand was there deserted with nobody in attendance and no information where to go next. I had to leave the airport without the SIM card. The next day I tried an ETECSA office in Havana to retrieve the SIM card. They had a computer problem and couldn't do it so I spent my whole trip without the SIM card. I did not get to write their customer support until after my trip but was happily surprised by their prompt response and refund.
