Great desk, disappointing return rules I love the desk itself but also purchased the dual arm and realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Upon trying to return it I found out I would only be reimbursed for a small percentage of what I paid and there was no guarantee they would take it back; I would have to ship it in and hope for the best. I have all the pieces as it was never used but the hardware bags were opened. With having to pay the shipping as well I decided it wasn't worth it. Versa products are not cheap and I would've expected a customer service plan that works with their customer better than this.

I still have not received the items and it has been right at 30 days and I am now being told it will take an additional 30 days before it ships. But they took my money with no problem. Best equipment I own. My desk arrived on time, set up was easy. I called customer service once just in case I needed help and was answered right away - a real person! That was three months ago, my powered standing desk looks and works same as new, and I have it loaded with three monitors and a laptop on top and a powerful (heavy) desktop computer hanging underneath. Still solid, with smooth up and down precise movement.
