I had the opportunity to work with… I had the opportunity to work with Louie Ortiz through the ordering process of Foundry Bench Corner Desk. He was great to work with, he was able to get the order sent to the warehouse to be pulled within 1 week of ordering. However, it was not mentioned that it was going to take 5 weeks to be processed through the warehouse then to be shipped. Shipping time was fine (10 days) as this was outside their control, rather the shipping company's responsibility. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the desk so far. It seems to meet my needs for putting A/V equipment on for a classroom environment.

Best equipment I own. My desk arrived on time, set up was easy. I called customer service once just in case I needed help and was answered right away - a real person! That was three months ago, my powered standing desk looks and works same as new, and I have it loaded with three monitors and a laptop on top and a powerful (heavy) desktop computer hanging underneath. Still solid, with smooth up and down precise movement.

This is a good/decent product This is a good/decent product. It arrived within a few weeks. If you are 6'4'' or taller I wouldn't recommend this desk. In addition, the table top itself is low quality. The base and adjustability is great but the table top is cheap formica with what looks like a plastic covering. There are several products out there that are much cheaper for better quality and I am upset that I purchased this versus others.

Love the Desk Ordering process was fine. Rc'd email about credit card that additional authorization was needed. Called Cust Svc and asked to use a different credit card. No problem there; however, I was double charged. Sent an email regarding the matter, no response, so called and was able to get it resolved w/i 48 hours. I Love the desk!!
