Poor equipment issue, causes more pain! It is good for one’s back. But it causes other ergonomic issues when working with the setup of 2 monitors 1 laptop and keyboard. I had to stop using versadesk because was feeling more pain then before. Now the versadesk is on the basement useless. When trying using versadesk with the equipment ratio I just mentioned, it is highly NOT recommended.

very slow Seems like the VersaDesk is well built, however the speed at which it moves up and down was too slow for our office application. When a customer comes in we need to lower to eye level quickly. I would be couscous, because the company doesn't stand behind their product, You will end up paying for the shipping and handling if it doesn't work for you. (Same day we opened the unit, we called and re-boxed - no delays on informing VersaDesk)

We urgently needed a specific drafting… We urgently needed a specific drafting table made by VersaDesk for a national television commercial, and Randi Moskowitz moved heaven and earth to make this possible. For the most part, customer service is dismal these days, but Randi Moskowitz was an absolute star. She kept in touch, gave me updates, and ensured that the table was in perfect condition, had all the accessories we needed, and was on time for our pickup. Thanks so much for this stellar interaction with your company. It was much appreciated.

Great desk, disappointing return rules I love the desk itself but also purchased the dual arm and realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Upon trying to return it I found out I would only be reimbursed for a small percentage of what I paid and there was no guarantee they would take it back; I would have to ship it in and hope for the best. I have all the pieces as it was never used but the hardware bags were opened. With having to pay the shipping as well I decided it wasn't worth it. Versa products are not cheap and I would've expected a customer service plan that works with their customer better than this.

I still have not received the items and it has been right at 30 days and I am now being told it will take an additional 30 days before it ships. But they took my money with no problem.
