Ever so slight design flaw While this is a great addition to my home desk, there is a slight (ever so slight) design flaw. While using it the upright position, there is no movement side to side (which is good), but there is some movement front/back which causes my computer monitor to wobble a little while I'm typing and/or applying pressure on the keyboard. Having brackets/lifting also placed between the front/back will reduce that movement.

Service is non-existent! Do much better. As far as I could tell, you had no customer service. I called repeatedly but could never get in touch with anyone via the phone number and nothing on the website worked either. I actually thought I had been scammed and thrown away $1000 on a product that would never show up. Seriously I was about to call my credit card company and report my order as FRAUD! I was willing to give it 30 days and luckily the shipping notice came just before then. But really and truly you must do better because the desk, once I received it, has been fantastic. It is shameful to lose business when your products are good!

This is a good/decent product This is a good/decent product. It arrived within a few weeks. If you are 6'4'' or taller I wouldn't recommend this desk. In addition, the table top itself is low quality. The base and adjustability is great but the table top is cheap formica with what looks like a plastic covering. There are several products out there that are much cheaper for better quality and I am upset that I purchased this versus others.

Veronica Mendoza provided great customer support! My email address was retired, so I was unable to log into my account. During a chat with Veronica, she gathered all my information, told me I'd be assigned a new sales rep, and reconfirmed my information. Having a Help Desk management background myself, I know she asked all the right questions, and was quickly responsive. Kudos to Veronica!

The customer services is awful The customer services is awful. I've been trying to get someone to address an issue with our desk for months. The rep, Eduardo Silva was extremely unresponsive, and once I finally got him to say he would fix it, nothing has happened since then. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, that still, has yet to be resolved. Order #527104
