GBThe Mac configuration I ordered from… The Mac configuration I ordered from the MacMall website was discontinued. It took almost a week to inform me of that. To get a similar product the Mac had to be ordered directly from Apple and then shipped to me. That took another week and a half. A product I should have had in a few days took almost three weeks. MacMall needs to be on top of inventory and keep the website up to date. All I got was a $20 credit for the inconvenience. That disappeared quickly because the new Mac cost more than the one advertised that was discontinued. The customer service rep didn't seem too apologetic about it. I eventually got the Mac and I am happy to move forward.

GBYou advertise same day shipping You advertise same day shipping. I order on Saturday, then you hold up my order to check the "validity of the credit card" until Monday and don't send the order until Tuesday. Do you do this with all your credit card orders? By the way, I've ordered tens of thousands of dollars (really) worth of computers, printers and toner from Macmall over the years and never had this problem before.

GBMacMall is a great company with great… MacMall is a great company with great deals. However, their customer service is near non-existent so a major online purchase should be carefully weighed. If you live near a store, you can at least go in and speak to someone. It took them 1 week to adequately respond to my concern over a recent purchase of an external hard drive.

GBMac mall has come thru again Mac mall has come thru again. It’s been about 20-30 years since I last used Macmall to buy a PC usually a Mac. I shopped around on other computer websites and Mm discounted a brand new 2018 MacbookAir by $100 which is usually unheard of for an Apple product. The Air arrived within a short time and in excellent condition. I must say that the packaging by Apple is exemplary. I’ve never owned a laptop, so I’m enjoying this new experience and not touching the screen as on my iPad!

GBThey resoonded and made it right. Great company I received an email with an apology for the misunderstanding. Customer Care Representative reached out and tried to make it better. I appreciate that they took the time to make the issue/situation better. That speaks volumes for a company who prides itself on customer service. Yes i was disappointed and it doesnt change the fact that i received my product a day late. The good thing is my son was very happy and excited to recieve his birthday gift. Thank you Macmall for making things right.
