They resoonded and made it right. Great company I received an email with an apology for the misunderstanding. Customer Care Representative reached out and tried to make it better. I appreciate that they took the time to make the issue/situation better. That speaks volumes for a company who prides itself on customer service. Yes i was disappointed and it doesnt change the fact that i received my product a day late. The good thing is my son was very happy and excited to recieve his birthday gift. Thank you Macmall for making things right.

Excellent Service from McMall when purchasing charging cables for original iPad I purchased two USB to 30 pin connectors so that I can continue charge my 1st generation iPad .( I was afraid the original Apple charging cable was becoming a bit frayed, though it still works fine.) I chose the Belkin product because in the past I've found them to be of very good quality and durable. The connectors did not disappoint and the fact that they were on sale, though still more expensive than other brands that I was not familiar with, didn't hurt either. The connectors appear well made and aesthetically are a good fit for my iPad. The iPad is black and the connectors are black with silver metallic fittings at each end, a better match colorwise to the iPad than the original white cable. In terms of service from MacMall, finding what I wanted and ordering on the website was a breeze. The cables in their boxes came safely packaged and the delivery was on time. Overall fine service from McMall as usual.

Was happy; unresolved issue lowers the score I am very happy with the purchase, but have had two issues: - Unit stopped working after a week; Mac Mall immediatelty replaced it with another unit, and sent it to me. - On this new unit, Windows was not activated. This issue remains unresolved. If they resolve this issue and provide a valid activation number, I will raise my score to five stars.

Mac mall has come thru again Mac mall has come thru again. It’s been about 20-30 years since I last used Macmall to buy a PC usually a Mac. I shopped around on other computer websites and Mm discounted a brand new 2018 MacbookAir by $100 which is usually unheard of for an Apple product. The Air arrived within a short time and in excellent condition. I must say that the packaging by Apple is exemplary. I’ve never owned a laptop, so I’m enjoying this new experience and not touching the screen as on my iPad!

Wire transfer cost brought it to "regular price" It was mostly okay. They wouldn't mail it to my personal mailbox. I understand they probably don't want to deal with "fraud" by sending items only to your home only, but I don't need expensive items sitting at my door step. I came here because it was a good deal, but after paying $35 for a domestic wire transfer that I could've paid on fast delivery it wasn't a good deal anymore.
