GBExcellent response and quality… Excellent response and quality packaging of a portable disk. There was an error in the mail status indicating the shipment was UPS ground when it was really US mail, but a quick phone call clarified the matter. Keep up the excellent customer service!

GBTerrible Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone.

GBYou advertise same day shipping You advertise same day shipping. I order on Saturday, then you hold up my order to check the "validity of the credit card" until Monday and don't send the order until Tuesday. Do you do this with all your credit card orders? By the way, I've ordered tens of thousands of dollars (really) worth of computers, printers and toner from Macmall over the years and never had this problem before.

GBPlaced an order November 27-Still unshipped. Christmas disappointment! Placed an order November 27, 2019. Never got an email confirmation despite payment being taken from my account. No answer when I phone in, no reply to two different emails. At this point I feel like I have bern ripped off. I will be contacting my payment provider to file a fraud claim.
