GBPlaced order Placed order, item was immediately back ordered. I called customer service, was told 3-5 weeks and was then disconnected. I called back and was going to cancel order, another rep told me 3-5 days. Also, I've opted out of all emails 10x's since placing order. Still getting emails..Never again, small discount isn't worth the service level.

GBIt all worked out in the end. After a delay in making contact, I found the product I wanted (a Dell monitor that a was hard to find elsewhere) and purchased it. The delivery went to the wrong address (an "8" was mistaken for a "3"). But it wasn't far from my home, so I drove to where it was shipped and retrieved it. I hooked it to my computer and it works beautifully.

GBExcellent Service from McMall when purchasing charging cables for original iPad I purchased two USB to 30 pin connectors so that I can continue charge my 1st generation iPad .( I was afraid the original Apple charging cable was becoming a bit frayed, though it still works fine.) I chose the Belkin product because in the past I've found them to be of very good quality and durable. The connectors did not disappoint and the fact that they were on sale, though still more expensive than other brands that I was not familiar with, didn't hurt either. The connectors appear well made and aesthetically are a good fit for my iPad. The iPad is black and the connectors are black with silver metallic fittings at each end, a better match colorwise to the iPad than the original white cable. In terms of service from MacMall, finding what I wanted and ordering on the website was a breeze. The cables in their boxes came safely packaged and the delivery was on time. Overall fine service from McMall as usual.

GBTerrible Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone.

GBMac Mall to the Rescue - No more Cable Gender Error I have shopped at MacMal ever since they went into business as MacWarehouse. Throughout that time I have had excellent service, however on my last order they made a mistake which has inconvenienced me. I ordered a USB 2 extension cable Male on one end Female on the other. They sent me a male-male cable which is of no use to me. I have contacted them about exchanging the incorrect cable for the correct Female-Male cable, but I have not received a response yet Almost immediately after I posted the above review, MacMall called me to apologize and said they would ship the correct cable today and not to worry about returning the one that was shipped by mistake. I have bought about 5 Macs and untold peripherals and software from MacMall and they have always delivered five star products and service. Their quick response to my problem illustrates their commitment to service and quality products
