GBI had an issue with a 10 foot… I had an issue with a 10 foot re-charging cord that I purchased from Native Union and they listened to my concerns and handled it as well as any company I have dealt with-very professional and timely. I would recommend their products and their company when purchasing items like this as they stand behind their product with exemplary customer service. Very refreshing as a customer. Thank you Native Union!

GBSwiftly dispatched Swiftly dispatched, with very good tracking. The water bottle was coming from China so it did take a few days but it arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

GBbought one of the latest laptop stands bought one of the latest laptop stands, and while it looks nice, it's not as usable compared to the ubiquitous mstand rain design mount that most people use with macbooks. the native union stand has a tall front lip to secure the laptop in place, but because of this, it blocks access to the groove to open the lid of the macbook. other laptop stands have a cutout in the center to avoid this issue. native union could have been more thoughtful about this design. also the bottom area is meant to function as a tray but it has no lining on it so anything you put on it has potential to scratch since it's metal. the only thing preventing me from returning this is the hassle of contacting customer support and potentially being responsible for return shipping.

FRPoor delivery and Support Services . Order habe been placed for 4 câbles and amount of 169€ on 31/12/2023. Package supposedly deposited in mailbox, not delivered by hand. A scandal for an order of this amount. Still waiting for explanations from native Union and its carrier. The order is lost or stolen for what seems to be the most normal of the world. Site and supplier to flee.

IEI haven't received my order I haven't received my order. There has been several days past the delivery promise, no updates on the tracking link provided and customer support doesn't help. I've tried contacting them multiple times, every time they ask for me to wait longer, but there are no updates on tracking. I am pretty sure my parcel got lost in the way and support doesn't help at all.
