GBRipped off customer by misguiding Hi when I bought cable charger they told me it has lifetime warranty and when I contacted native union to replace my charger they said it doesn’t have a lifetime warranty you MISGUIDED your customer not happy at all.

IEI haven't received my order I haven't received my order. There has been several days past the delivery promise, no updates on the tracking link provided and customer support doesn't help. I've tried contacting them multiple times, every time they ask for me to wait longer, but there are no updates on tracking. I am pretty sure my parcel got lost in the way and support doesn't help at all.

SGLoved these for ten years and counting ❤️ I have been using native union cables for at least 10 years now. They are rugged, well made, and ideal for daily and travel use. Last year I bought two USB-C cables, and earlier this month, one of them suddenly stopped working. As I had registered both cables online for warranty, I emailed Native Union seeking advice. Within four days, which included a weekend, Elline resolved the issue, and I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad I can continue enjoying the use of these cables. I plan to buy more as gifts for friends too!

NOI experienced a problem with a charger… I experienced a problem with a charger with adaptor, for Android and iphone. It was frustrating at first, because the adapter part kept falling out. I am assured that this won't happen again, because I received a new one, due to the defect, and it works perfectly. This company is legitimate, they took strong initiative when I aired my frustration, and the delivery was quick. THANK YOU Native Union!
