Good experience Personally I don’t like to write a review, but I will continue to buy cables from this brand, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that if the mobile phone cable breaks, it can be replaced for free! This after-sales service is something no one else has.

I’m obsessed with the design I’m obsessed with the design, texture, and quality of all Native Union products. After getting matching iPhone, wallet, watch strap, AirPod case, and now the desk mat all in the matching Kraft color with the very satisfying texture, I couldn’t be happier with each piece and how they all fit together! Highly recommend.

Loved these for ten years and counting ❤️ I have been using native union cables for at least 10 years now. They are rugged, well made, and ideal for daily and travel use. Last year I bought two USB-C cables, and earlier this month, one of them suddenly stopped working. As I had registered both cables online for warranty, I emailed Native Union seeking advice. Within four days, which included a weekend, Elline resolved the issue, and I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad I can continue enjoying the use of these cables. I plan to buy more as gifts for friends too!

no help with lost/delayed order My order to the UK has obviously been lost/held somewhere in transit - the Evri tracking has been stuck on 'in transit' with no updates for 10 days now. I have sent Native Union several emails chasing my order but get (very delayed) responses fobbing me off with 'your order is in transit and you will have it soon!' even thought Evri themselvs have told me to contact the sender. I've asked for a refund but no response. Terrible. Avoid.

They honor their warranty I recently got a charging stand and there’s issue with the joint which makes it hard to use. Contact the support and they get back to me within 48 hr and offer to send me a replacement with equal amount of value since the exact same one is out of stock. The agent was very responsive and I’m happy with my experience.
