While this company is awesome for… While this company is awesome for keeping you in touch with loved ones who are incarcerated, they like to take out more than the monthly payment owed. I believe last month I had just under $200 extra dollars taken out. Yes, Alex was able to get that straightened out and fixed, it occurs every 6-8 months, so if you plan on using this, keep an eye on your bank statements.

Pigonly If you are having problems with your phone lines or system you should let your customers know by email or by putting message on your website . Your customers are spending money on calls to your customers service which don't answer or give you a call back like they say . pigonly don't not respond to emails until weeks later . This service is terrible you say u will monitor by account but the issue is your system not my account .

It isn't unlimited like it says It isn't unlimited like it says. I'm only able to send 1 letter a week. Also it says that I will receive information on how to set up commissary which I never received. Other than that it's great.

Comforting So far, Pigeonly.com seems amazing. Unsure at this point if inmate recieved photos, but that is to be known. Site was easy to navigate and services offered are amazingly comforting in these hard times.

Pigeonly will take your monthly payment… Pigeonly will take your monthly payment but have your pictures and cards sitting in printed or processed status for weeks. You are not getting what's being advertised or what u thought u were paying for. You can send customer service messages but they just come back with a generic answer and still do nothing! Don't trust your photos with them. It's a scam.
