GBCrap Customer Care I purchased a pack that said Ableton Live version 9.7 required. When it wouldn’t load I contacted the company to ask for assistance. I told them I had Ableton 9 and that it should have worked. They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. Very poor customer service and you would be far better of going to another provider

GBI understand producerloops use third… I understand producerloops use third party labels as vendors but they need to do a better job at monitoring what is being released. The sample packs used to be a lot better but the quality has been going down and down over the past years :(

FRDear producer loop Dear producer loop. As a beginner, I ordered a minimal pack. I am an Ableton user and did not see that the pack I bought was an Elastik file and that I could not integrate it directly to Ableton. I first felt very disappointed then wrote to the support of producer loop. They Wrote me back very quickly to tell me what to so that I can enjoy my pack on Ableton and it worked so, Thank you to them. I got a lesson on this purchase but I think may ne They should inform us more efficiently about the software that do not give any problem with our purchase. Anyway. I am Happy now!

NLReally poor customer service Download wasn’t working at first, after that very poor customer service. They responded quickly at first, but weren’t helpful at all. There are alternatives that are way better than this website. I would definitely recommend skipping this one.
