GBCrap Customer Care I purchased a pack that said Ableton Live version 9.7 required. When it wouldn’t load I contacted the company to ask for assistance. I told them I had Ableton 9 and that it should have worked. They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. Very poor customer service and you would be far better of going to another provider

GBI understand producerloops use third… I understand producerloops use third party labels as vendors but they need to do a better job at monitoring what is being released. The sample packs used to be a lot better but the quality has been going down and down over the past years :(

GBI purchased a small program in which I… I purchased a small program in which I expected just vocals... Seems to be a difficult thing to find. I found the quality of production great. I am using some of the other loops, and find them useful as well. I WOULD like to have heard more 'complete' longer vocal lines, instead of just the 4 or 5 I received...but I suppose that's OK... Overall I would say very useful.

GBAnother once good company gone bad Another once good company gone bad ! Paid for loops, received an expired download link. My money was scooped up in minutes, but customer "Service" won't respond until they feel like it. Terrible experience !!!!! Nothing but thieves !

DEFraud! Never ever had such fradulent website for producers. I made the payment but i didn't get any download links and they keep my money! If you check previours reviews there are many people with same issue! Shame that there is such fusty websites in 2021!
