Dear producer loop Dear producer loop. As a beginner, I ordered a minimal pack. I am an Ableton user and did not see that the pack I bought was an Elastik file and that I could not integrate it directly to Ableton. I first felt very disappointed then wrote to the support of producer loop. They Wrote me back very quickly to tell me what to so that I can enjoy my pack on Ableton and it worked so, Thank you to them. I got a lesson on this purchase but I think may ne They should inform us more efficiently about the software that do not give any problem with our purchase. Anyway. I am Happy now!

BITTERSWEET POP MELODIES I would like to warn you about the 10 construction kits entitled '' BITTERSWEET POP MELODIES ''. This pack supposedly contains 10 fabulous pop songs, but what they won't tell you is that these songs are incomplete, literally lasting 12 seconds. All this for the price of $50.95 CAD!!! They even write ''Complete Product'' in my shopping list. Being a regular costumer with construction kits, this is the third time I've been fooled by this. They should always tell us whether the songs are complete or not. Since we can't know exactly what the packs include, other than their charming and misleading description. So, I recommend you to avoid this pack unless you know what you're doing.

I would give 5 stars but ive bought… I would give 5 stars but ive bought vocal packs with bad recordings(noise and even a metronome in one..lol), this doesnt happen often though and ive been a long time customer (years i believe) and find you guys to be the best, i know technically thats not your fault but if you let it slide it reflects,

Crap Customer Care I purchased a pack that said Ableton Live version 9.7 required. When it wouldn’t load I contacted the company to ask for assistance. I told them I had Ableton 9 and that it should have worked. They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. Very poor customer service and you would be far better of going to another provider

Items are not described accurately Items are not described accurately. I understand that with so many publishers being under 1 roof they might have a hard time ensuring that the descriptions match the product, but they must try harder.
