GBGood information, but no simulations included Some of the questions have typos or mistakes that are distracting. I also think this should include labs that are similar to what we will have on the tests. But overall a good source of information.

GBI was always lost as to why or how any… I was always lost as to why or how any of the labs related to the material. They don't explain why you are doing any of the steps and sometimes it is very unclear why you are doing that particular lab at all. I didn't learn anything from them, just clicked my way to the end every time

CAI am not able to use on my cell phone… I am not able to use on my cell phone (apple). I can access from my ipad but it is not a consistent experience. I am not able to accurately document which questions were correct or incorrect. Sometimes 'Correct' is pre clicked, sometimes I am not able to click correct or incorrect. The experience is consistent on my laptop but this is not my preferred method of use for flash cards. As a past customer, I preferred the multiple choice format for flash cards. Some of the questions are worded to include the answers or are poorly worded for the content it describes.

GBYour questions are not worded like the… Your questions are not worded like the questions given on the test. The simulation questions are nothing like what is given on the tests. The way the training appears is not really great. Basically the reason I passed the Security plus class is that I got the cram book and other reading materials that more closely mirrored what would be on the actual test. You really need to improve this product, because it is terrible. It is just as bad as the measure up material I used for A+, Network +, Windows 7 Configuration and troubleshooting, CCENT, and CCNA. Those didn't help me pass the tests either. The Pearson Study guides, The cram books, are what got me through them.

GBI prefer an in-person instruction… I prefer an in-person instruction rather than remote instruction. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I prefer a hand-on type of class. Also, the staff at the location of the classroom were helpful, but one of the staff did not know how to troubleshoot the setup of the computer and its screen. It would have been nice to have someone there that was knowledgeable about the course itself.
