A new company to me but one worth trying I was very wary as I'd never heard of them, and at the time of my order there were about 50% negative reviews, but all of the negatives seemed to end with refund or late shipment so I took the risk. I ordered myself a nice new SSD. I got a little worried as delivery was about a week longer than the stated estimate (3 - 5 working days), but to be fair I didn't pay for any first class courier so I expect that I could have had it quicker. I will definitely check their prices next time I'm looking.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Placed an order for a NAS & 2x HDDs (£450+) on the 26th of July & am still yet to receive my goods. Tried emailing with no response & calling but the number given from the site is a 'managed office solution' so all they will do is take a message. Unfortunately I've had no such contact from worldpay as below. Furious & will never take the chance with AQA Labs again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Placed my order on 06/08/2013 and waited 24 days to be told my package was cancelled. Three times I phoned for an update with them telling me it was on its way, the final and last time I phoned they told me the order had been cancelled and a refund had been given to me. I had to phone to find all this information out they wont even tell you if your order is cancelled after waiting 24 days with no information given. AVOID.

Cheapest prices, for a reason Aqa labs had the cheapest prices for my computer parts on the internet by far, and the 5.99 delivery covered all 3 items I wanted. It said 7 to 10 working days, which in my case meant 9 days to 2 weeks, as working days do not include weekdays. It actually arrived 3 weeks and 1 day later, with no response from their customer service, even after I told them it had finally arrived. The parts I ordered, a motherboard, CPU and graphics card, arrived in bubble wrap in a very thin parcelforce paper bag. The item boxes were badly damaged, particularly the CPU's box, probably due to the poor packaging it arrived in, but the actual parts themselves were undamaged. I also noticed that the receipt said "FREE Delivery", in capital letters, but cost 5.99. Unless you don't have a deadline and don't mind wrecked packaging, or are on a very tight budget, I would avoid.
