Zeus usb charger for the win Got myself a Zeus USB charger through kickstarter. Bargain price for a 270W charger. I can now charge my laptop, phone, watches, powerbank and camera - all from 1 (!!) charger. That's amazing for any travel. I'm also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the announced delivery timeframe was accurate. It's quite a rare experience for a kickstarter project.

Rubbish products and terrible customer… Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.

Did not receive order Ordered a charger. I only received a cable. Mylene, a customer happiness representative, refuses to correct the problem and send me the €110 product that I ordered.

Customer support is bad. Customer support is non existent. Supported them on indiegogo and my Omega200W was meant to come with travel adapters. They sent out an email that I can get charger sooner and pay extra $9 for shipping of adapters to come at later date. I opted for that and glad I did, as after multiple emails for the past 14 months still no sign of adapters. Edit: After writing this review I was finally sent the adapters. Make a conclusion yourself. Also those adapters are of not the same kind of white as the charger, more like antique white/yellowish.

Do not buy from Chargeasap! Ordered a spark power bank from Chargeasap on 11th Jan 2021 still not received, over a year later for £113 But have found an almost identical unit from a different company. (Looks identical too) selling for £84. So would recommend any body thinking of purchase for Chargeasap, just consider you will be spending more on an item that will probably not turn up for a year, so look on amazon that will cost less and you will obtain in a reasonable time.
