Zeus 270W Charger an Inspired Product! Just received my Zeus 270W charger and it is truly inspired, even better than the already excellent Omega. Makes a lot of sense to have 3 USB C all with enough power to charge 3 laptops simultaneously while also having a lower wattage USB A port for legacy devices. I often work with two laptops side by side and either an iPad or iPhone which can all be charging simultaneously but using a single wall outlet. The OLED screen shows Amps, Volts, and Wattage flowing to each connected device which informs you about your device power needs. Truly inspired!

Product DOA, no replacement, bad support I ordered one of their Zeus chargers, but my unit arrived DOA. I contacted support, sent video-proof of the charger not turning on and was promised a replacement unit. Nothing ever happened after that. I contacted support multiple times always simply receiving virtually the same answer "... we'll send out a replacement unit soon". This has been on-going since June 2023. My request numbers were/are: June 2023: #37503 November 2023: #42487 February 2024: #44800

Awful, awful support The product is janky. It gave me a 240volt electric shock. They shipped me a faulty (out-of-the-box) component and have prevaricated for months. They will not refund me nor send me a replacement part without payment. They claim that they offer a superior customer support experience then run you round in circles. Avoid these people. Avoid these products.

Rubbish products and terrible customer… Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.

ZEUS 270W from Indiegogo campaign Absolutely negative experience. The ZEUS 270W charger I got from their Indigogo campaign stopped working after two uses. They've been telling me for months that they will send a replacement but at the moment it's just talk, no facts. If and when they prove to be a serious company by making the replacement, I will change my rating.
